Your Wedding in The Riviera Maya!

Location 1: Beach Club & Restaurant, Playa Petempich

1. Located at the Bay of Petempich near Puerto Morelos (30 minutes south of Cancun Airport)
2. Normally the Rental is included in the Consumption.
3. Weddings and Events from 50 to 500 guests with the option of having your wedding on the beach or inside the restaurant.
4. Gourmet Kitchen famous for Lobster and a wide selection of wines.
5. You can set up an Argentine Buffet
6. The beach is wide and offers picnic style tables with a palapa.
7. The Restaurant itself offers tables and chairs for up to 150 persons without renting unless you want something special and inside the restaurant 110 guests for your wedding.
8. You can enjoy complete privacy for your event after 6PM and there is no limit to the time for your wedding or event.
9. The location includes a small dance floor and illuminated palm trees.

The location has available fishing boats if you are looking for som type of ceremony or special options (not included in the cost)

Location 2: Private Beachfront Property in Playa Del Secreto

• This location is located in a private residential beachfron location, offers a small Catholic chapel in front of the caribbean sea certified by the Catholic Church and available for Catholic Ceremonies.
• Located in Playa Del Secreto (secret beach) in the north of the Riviera Maya 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport, 10 minutes from Puerto Morelos y 20 Minutes from Playa Del Carmen. The property is approximately 5000 square meters.
• The Location requires a Generator (required)
• The rental of the location includes:
  • A Palapa for shade or in case of rain. (120 guests)
  • Private Beach
  • Fumigation for Mosquitos
  • Basic Lighting in all areas
  • Decorations like Tiki Torches, Candles and Illuminated Balls on the Beach.
  • Parking is available for those with cars
  • Room for the Bride to get ready before the wedding

Location 3: Beach Club and Villas Maroma Beach

• Located in one of the 5 best beaches in the world, the extensive beach and relaxed surroundings make this the perfect location for your destination wedding in the Riviera Maya.
• The Location offers 20 rooms inside the complex surrounded by protected green areas.
• The property has villas available each one with Living Room, dining room. pool, balcony and a patio in front of the beautiful caribbean sea.
• If you don't want to stay on the property, no problem, you still don't have to pay a rental fee, since it is inclued in the consumption for your event.
• This excellent location offers 3 options for your banquet.
  • Restaurant with everything ready for up to 120 guests including a Piano.
  • Terrace with a Palapa and informal furnishings for your wedding up to 80 invited guests.
  • Extensive Beach area, you have to rent all of the furnishings or lounge for the event as well as a generator but there is no limit to the number of guests.
• The Restaurant is decorated in Mexican Style with a Gourmet Kitchen and Chef
• The location also has a Chapel which is currently under construction but scheduled to open the end of June and will be certified for Catholic Ceremonies by the Church.

Location 4: Boutique Hotel Xcalacoco Beach

Your Riviera Maya Wedding at this location could be your dreams come true, a small boutique hotel with cabin with the interior decorated with wood finishes and air conditioned for your comfort in front of the turqoise waters of the Caribbean Sea away from the hustle and bustel of Playa Del Carmens downtown area making this the perfect location for your dream destination wedding.

The beach of this beautiful location offers a wide stretch of white sand beach that in the afternoon and evenings turns into a deserted beach so that your beachfront wedding is almost on your own private beach.

The hotel offers european plan accomodations that include breakfast and dinner, a completely different concept than the other boutique hotels that offer only the room. The cuisine at the hotel have excellent comments from tourism in general.

To organize your event at this hotel it is necesary that 80% of your guests occupy the hotel or you and your guests can reserve the entire hotel and bungalows for your special day.

This Private Beach Club os located just a few steps south of the previous property mentioned and is another great option for your wedding ceremony in the Riviera Maya, perfect if you don't want to have any restrictions. The location offers a large section of Beach in front of the beautiful Caribbean Sea with The Riviera Mayas white sand beach and beautiful blue sea. There is a rustic palapa, private parking, area for the preparation of the reception and a special area for the bride to get ready.

This is a Private Location completely rustic, perfect for couples who want to celebrate their destination wedding in front of the incredible caribbean sea with a reception to follow on the beach and unlimited time (limited only by you and your guests).

Location 6: Beach Club at Playa Coral

• The restaurant at this location offers a modern design, located within a complex with public access during the day and private after 5:30PM for your wedding.
• The rental of the location is included in the consumption from the restaurant for your event and they we can make modifications to your liking.
• There is a $400 USD maintenance fee for the use of the property for an event, this covers cleaning, bathroom supervision and security.
• There is a private parking area for those with rental cars or for transportation vehicles.
• The Restaurant capacity using their tables and chairs is 40 invited guests and if you rent table and chairs from outside the capacity is 80 guests.
•  The location has a 2nd floor terrace with capacity of 40 guests, perfect for small weddings or events.
• Around the swimming pool we can accommodate 100 guests at 10 tables for 10 guests each table.

Location 7: Beach Club Playa Del Carmen, Playa Tucan

Permitted Times for your Wedding 7:00 pm to 1:45 am

• There is no rental cost for the location you must contract the food and beverage from the location.
• Areas included are the Open Restaurant, Covered Restaurant, Lounge and Bars.
• The Hours of service are those mentioned above and guarantee the exclusive use of the location.
• Weddings and Events programmed during the regular hours of operation of the location DO NOT guarantee exclusivity.
• Set up of the dining room area using the tables and chairs of the properties own furnishing: wood tables and folding chairs do not include table clothes, napkins nor decorations and are available for up to 150 invited guests.
• The Location offers a capacity of 1000 persons with rented table and chairs.
• The Rental, Set up, Take Down, and hours of use outside of those mentioned will incur extra costs including for example the use of the beach or terrace.

Location 8: Second Beach Club in Playa Del Carmen

• This beach club offers an Excellent location with an extensive beach area and the food has received some of the best comments in Playa Del Carmen.
• There is a rental cost of $1000 USD apart from the cost of consumption but includes thetables and chairs, exclusive bar and Piano Duet.
• The Restaurant offers for your Wedding in Playa Del Carmen space for 70 invited guests, a terrace with capacity of 54 guests a deck in front of the Caribbean Sea with space for 80 guests and a private area with seating for 16 guests.
• The Location is Modern with a good atmosphere.
• They require that you purchase food and beverage with them. (no outside A&B provideres permitted)
• There is no option for bringing your own beverage.

Location 9: All Inclusive Hotel in Playacar

• At this all inclusive hotel the price of the wedding varies depending on the number of rooms reserved for the guests of your wedding. If there are guests staying at other hotels there is an extra cost to permit them entrance to the hotel (day pass)
• If you are interested in this type of location (all inclusive) it is important that you know that we must maintain a control of the rooms directly with the hotel with a preferencial rate for groups. In the event wedding guests reserve via Internet or Travel Agencies they will not count towards the rooms for your event.
• Normally in the case of these types of hotels the ceremony takes place onthe beach and after the ceremony the reception is held in one of the restaurants or Salons.

Location 10: Beach Club and Ecological Park Puerto Calica

• Private Property in an ecological environment featuring an extensive beach, family atmosphere and ecotourism activities.
• The rent is included with the consumption of their food and beverage.
• Weddings and Events after 5 pm are private.
• The consumption of their food and beverage is mandatory.
• The location requires a minimum consumptionof 20 persons for 3 hours at least.
• The Bride and Groom can arrive by Sailing Catamaran or on horseback for an additional cost.
• In front of the beach you can do the ceremony and have the reception dinner in the palapa.
• The Location offers their tables and chairs for events up to 100 guests, above 100 guests or special request tables and chairs must be rented, the total capacity of the property is 300 guests.
• If you want a private wedding or event there is no particular hours, ask us for more information.
• There is NO option to Bring your Own Beverage.

Location 11: Boutique Hotel and Beach Club in Puerto Aventuras

1. The hotel offers 30 european plan rooms and is located in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras.
2. There is an excellent beach in front of the hotel where you can snorkel.
3. The hotels 5 Star Restaurant offers Menus ranging from Buffets to 3,4 and 5 course meals as well as national and international open bar.
4. You can set up the reception for your wedding around the swimming pool or inside the restauant.
5. The restaurant has a capacity of 80 persons while the terrace area accommodates 90.
6. Tablesand chairs as well as white tablecloths and napkins are included.
7. It is NOT required that you and your guests stay on the hotels property however it is quite convenient.
8. This location is excellent considering the number of rooms and renting the entire hotel results in a completely private destination wedding in Puerto Aventuras without limits to your hours.

Location 12: Privage Beach Club at Xpu Ha Beach

1. The rental of the property is $1,500 USD which includes the closing of the property to the public, flowers in the bathrooms and reception, towels prior to the dinner and 2 cocktails per person.
2. You can use the beach for the ceremony and have the dinner reception in the Restaurant with a minimum consumption of 3 hours open bar.
3. The Location offers sit down dinner and either national or international open bar.
4. The location offers their own tables and chairs or you can rent something different.
5. The maximum number of invited guests is 90.

Location 13: All Inclusive Hotel in Tulum

1. The hotel offers 96 spacious luxury suites.
2. The price varies depening on the number of suites reserved for your wedding or event.
3. In the event that you are interested in an all inclusive hotel location it is important to know that we must maintain a control of rooms directly with the hotel so you and your guests receive the preferencial group rates.
4. Guests who reserve the same hotel with a travel agency or via internet will not count towards your number of rooms and will not be entitled to the group rate or discounts.
5. In most cases the of these types of properties the ceremony is held on the beach and the guests are then directed to a restaurant or salon for the reception.

Location 14: Ceremony and Toast on board our Catamaran.

• Our 82 foot catamaran was built in 1998 in France and Sailed to Mexico in 2001 via Martinique and is housed at the World Class Marina in Puerto Aventuras.
• The Catamaran has a capacity of 100 guests.
• Normally the Ceremony is performed aboard the Catamaran followed by the toast.
• If you desire we can arrange the ceremony and toast aboard this majestic vessel and then sail to Puerto Calica for the Reception at Location 10 mentioned before where we have a beach club.
• Another popular option for the Sailing Catamaran is offer your wedding guests the day after all day in the sun and snorkeling as a thank you for coming to your wedding.
