We have different providers for choosing the location of your party by taking into account the theme of the wedding and the bride and groom´s personality.

-A glamorous ballroom at a luxury hotel.

-A courtyard with a swimming pool overlooking the sea in a Botique Hotel or resort.

-A group of huts or palapas on a (nearly) deserted white sand beach.

-A boat sailing out exactly at dusk and reach a deserted beach with torches, tiki style.

-A restaurant with a modern interior and courtyard beneath the stars.

Depending on the location we can decide the theme for the banquet dinner.

BANQUET

You might just want something intimate with your closest friends, family, godparents, etc. Toast to the bride & groom, and have a table full of hot and cold sandwiches, and trays of tropical fruits from the region. As for the music, it can match the atmosphere that you are in. If you are in a palapa or hut, maybe softer music would be best (i.e. string quartet or mariachi band).

FORMAL BANQUET

If you are thinking of having something a little more formal and larger a banquet would be best. First give us the approximate number of guests and the date you would like to have the banquet and we will look into different hotles and nightclubs that have enough space for private parties. We will inform you of all the menú options. We suggest a band, or music group and a DJ in addition to the band for when they take a break. We will take care of transportation for all wedding guests. Mariachis would also be great to play after your toast. If you really want to impress your guests, you can also hire fire dancers to perform on the beach.

On arrival, we will offer your guests a drink, maybe a margarita, daquari, or a shot of some smooth tequilla. We will take care of your guests from the moment they get off the plane, until they get back onto it. You have to worry about absolutely nothing.

When choosing a location either on the beach or around the swimming pool or a boat, you must think about the weather. We cannot do anything about mother nature, so take into account which seasons are hurricane and rain season.
